It is with some regret that we will have to seek a subscrription increase from the beginning of next year at the AGM. Colin Riggs our treasurer runs as tight a ship as possible over expenditure but looking at costs and not wishing to curtail our service to members this has become inevitable

We have pitched the increase so that we can retain some financial security as it is felt that we can then maintain the momentum within the BCNS to follow through a number of schemes that we are looking at. We have achieved so much over the years and I hope you all will understand that this increase will enable us to carry on into the future

Details will follow and a resolution will be put to the AGM in November.
